When I chanced upon the picture of my two aunts working the switchboard all those years ago, I wondered what they would think looking at my modular synth case today. Growing up with stories of that switchboard lighting up during the "War of the Worlds" broadcast always amazed me.

Let this album be my humble homage to them and the work they did, manually patching phone calls to recipients. Also dedicated to the little town of West Louisville, Kentucky - and all of the weirdness I encountered growing up there.
